Hi!
My portraits for the class will be emulating the styles of Dawoud Bey. He did a series of portraits with small groups of people together. In each individual photo there is one or two people who are the obvious subjects but there are snippits of the other people along the edges of the photo. When you place the photos next to each other they make one whole image of everyone together.

I would like to hopefully meet with everyone this Sunday (oct. 24.) at 2:00 pm out side of Gannet. I need to have several people at once and it shouldn't take long to do, maybe 30-40 min? Wear what ever you feel like wearing that day, what ever you would wear to class, something comfortable, doesn't matter. Unfortunately I'm having a hard time uploading some of his pictures so if you look up his name (Dawoud Bey) you should be able to see some of his stuff.

Please let me know ASAP if you are available this Sunday. I will bring treats for everyone too. :)
